Who Am I and Why You Should Listen to MeâŚ

I am Lady Shepsa Jones.
Seventeen years ago when I looked in the mirror I found a stranger staring back at me.
Her face looked like mine, her eyes looked like mine but something was missing. There was a disconnect.
I was a high achieving professional Black woman.
I had done all the âright things". Practically a virgin until married because the âgood bookâ said so.
Graduated from a top school with honors and had a great job as a teacher. I was a devoted mother and wife.
But inside, a part of me was shrinking, disappearing. I was so small that I didnât recognize myself. I was exhausted from my roles as a wife, mother and teacher.
I felt betrayed, not just by life that said being a âgood Black girlâ was what I needed to do to be successful, but I felt betrayed by myself.
I knew there was a bigger, JUICIER, fearless, and more powerful version of myself that was aching to be born.
This version of myself knew her worthiness, was well-rested and replenished!
She was alive and she was sensual!
This part of me knew her power and it was rooted in her goddess energy.
So I left my marriage and started over. I spent over 12 years healing me, loving on me, working on me and FINDING me!
I found not only a BLISS that no man or woman can take away, I found my power!
When I look in the mirror now, there is a woman I recognize and love. She has my eyes, my voice, my skin, my nose.
She is the real me and she is FREE AF and SOFT AF!

First, you will experience a 7-Day Goddess initiation right after the New Moon in Leo â a magical portal that sparks our internal fire. We will tap into this powerful energy to heal on a deep level and make a quantum leap forward for the remainder of the year.
We will meet for 5 live Goddess rituals (online via Zoom) that will tap into the energy of fire (the element of the summer) and the Divine Mother-Goddess to support our transformation to living a soft life.
Here's a breakdown of the live rituals:
- Call The Mothers â Female Ancestral Ritual â In African tradition, our ancestors are the closest to us and we will invoke their support and protection on our journey. We will ritualize to heal our female ancestors who also didnât know a soft life. We call in our ancestors to help us release the need to grind, hustle, and earn through hardship.
- Womb Healing Fire Ceremony â Our womb space is a sacred portal of creation, however this creative energy is often blocked by trauma. We will use the element of fire to clear negative energy and blockages from our womb space. We will use fire to transmute all that no longer serves us so we can birth our creations with ease.
- Heal Your Heart Ceremony With Cacao â Indigenous people have used cacao for thousands of years to open the heart and connect with divine feminine energy. We will go on a shamanic journey with the plant medicine of cacao to heal our heart and awaken self-love. We will also learn the sacred practice of breast massage to awaken pleasure and healing through sensual self-touch.
- Unlock Your Orgasm Ritual â The ancients teach us that pleasure is medicine and we will use pleasure to heal our bodies and fall in love with ourselves. We will awaken pleasure in our body through opening up our orgasmic channels through movement and self-massage.
- Awakened Abundance Ritual â The Divine Mother is the ultimate soft goddess who creates not through struggle but through ease and pleasure. I never really thought of my punany power as a means of manifestation. I recently learned the power of my punany prior to the program, but I hadnât put that to action or ââtrialâ. Through my sensual power, I was able to manifest money to pay my rent. I enjoyed every exercise but if I had to choose one, then Iâd say the breasts massage as I anticipated that exercise the week leading up to it. I intentionally would be adoring my breasts in the shower and observe how the water would flow around, on and in-between them. Having to massage them as an exercise has helped heal my fear to touch them and their sensitivity. Theyâve always been sore for some reason and I noticed since I started massaging they are not. (A daily routine for me now lol!) The most important healing for me was the shame I used to have when it came to touching my own body. I learned to adore and exalt my body without guilt and shame.
